How To Install Game:
1. Extract and run.

Crack Install guide:
1. Go to the TheTwist_Data/Managed directory.
2. Create a backup of your Assembly-CSharp.dll
3. Replace your Assembly-CSharp.dll with the one you downloaded.
4. Open the game, and press “Connect”.

First, You need to extract the file “Assembly-CSharp.dll”, using something like 7zip
Then place “Assembly-CSharp.dll” in the following folder, replacing the file that’s already there
TheTwist043FinalTheTwist_DataManaged

afterwards, run the game and click connect

It not only changes the dialogue when you get the DNA test, but also adds 2 new secret NTR (skippable) scenes, One during the Mom Swap,One when you visit Billy’s house.

IMPORTANT PART 1: Incest patch MUST be installed before starting version 0.40
IMPORTANT PART 2: Incest patch DOES NOT kick in until you receive the DNA test during the 0.40 quest

To add the patch, you need to place it in the save folder:
“C:UsersUserNameAppDataLocalLowKsTgamesThe Twist”

These are instructions on how to activate the NTR scenes. Apply INCEST PATCH First!

NOT NEEDED IF NOT ON THE NTR/BILLY ROUTE

(skippable) To Unlock the secret NTR scenes do the following:
1. Sneak into Rachel’s bedroom/house at 20:00
2. Go back to Janice’s Bedroom, wait at 22:00, add sleeping pill
3. Sneak into Rachel’s bedroom/house again, Stay
4. “Search the room”.
5. Click on the drawer on the left (below the books)
6. At school, 13:00 Ask Bill to “Mom swap” . “Go back home alone”
7. Next day 13:00 Ask Bill to “Mom swap” again. “Go to the beach”.

8. Visit Billy’s house and investigate a noise.

For now we know of 2 extra scenes provided by the patch

You need the crack to save!

But first, you need to make sure you use the right patch for the right version of the game
You can do that by checking the the bottom right of the main menu screen

Please keep in mind this is a real-time 3D it will need a decent GPU. On low-end machines it may work slowly or doesn’t work at all.
Use 16:9 aspect ratio screen resolutions (such as 1280×720, 1920×1080 and so on) to avoid issues.
Some users experience pink/magenta glitch in the game. This is caused by old/low-end graphics cards. A hardware upgrade is recommended.
